Clients
Many of our long-term projects are with the dairy industry. However we also assist projects in other rural industries and in the public health arena. Below are some examples of clients we have helped.
DataGene: provides the Australian dairy industry with independent genetic evaluation services and other tools for herd improvement. We provide a range of services to support DataGene’s communication, marketing and extension programs.
Holstein Australia: we produce the Holstein Journal on behalf of Holstein Australia (HA). This quarterly magazine is one of the tangible products HA members receive from their annual fees. We also provide ad hoc communication support to the Association.
Meat and Livestock Australia: we provided communication support to the Feedbase Improvement Plan; a network strategy for extension of beef genetics; collating research information for the Pasture Variety Trials Network and overseeing development of a web-based tool.
GRDC: We performed a series of in-depth qualitative interviews with stakeholders and influencers for the Northern Panel.
University of Sydney: communication and extension support for FutureDairy, a research project to meet the challenges facing dairy farmers in the coming 20 years, with a particular focus on robotic milking.
Dairy Australia: communication support and development of extension resources for a variety of extension projects including People in Dairy, Feed2Milk, InCalf, CountDown, FeedFIBREfuture and Dealing with Today, Planning for Tomorrow.
Agriculture Victoria, NSW DPI: preparation of various reports, publications, farmer guidelines and media articles.
Monash Institute of Reproduction and Development: a medical research institute with projects overlapping in animal reproduction.
Australian and New Zealand Journal of Public Health: media relations.
Bayer CropScience (and formerly Aventis and AgrEvo): editorial support to the marketing team, especially for the broadacre, cotton and horticulture markets.
